Each piece is handcrafted in our studio using the finest materials from our trusted suppliers. Materials that we use are porcelain, underglaze colours, unleaded glazes and 24K golden luster.

 

 

All colours and glazes are lead free and food safe.

 

As some details on our ceramics are hand-painted with 24K golden luster we recommend special and gentle care, which means:

 

Not suitable for microwave - As golden luster that we use in ZLATNAporcelain studio contains real 24K gold in it, our ceramics are not safe for microwave. Gold is metal and microwaves reflect on metal causing sparks and potential fire.

 

Not dishwasher safe - Corrosive detergents, softness of the water, too much detergent, very hot water, and other factors beyond our control can lead to deterioration of the glazed and golden surface. That is why it is important to wash them by hand with warm water and straight after use.

We recommend using soft side of the sponge and being extra careful with golden surfaces, as putting too much pressure with rough side can cause damage to the glaze and, in future, leave space for stains. Avoid temperature shock.


Measurements and Color

Due to the nature of one of a kind, hand-built ceramics, measurements vary and sizes are approximate. Each item is a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art and measurements may sometimes vary up to an inch. We do our best to provide you with top quality work that most closely resembles the photograph, but please keep in mind that you are purchasing a product made by hand.
Ceramic glazes all have subtle effects that vary from kiln firing to kiln firing.Each glazed piece is unique and has its own personality. Glazes seen in the photos may vary slightly in color and appearance, as each glazed piece is unique.

Shipping
We pack each item in many layers of bubble wrap and tissue paper in a box. We take great care to ensure items arrive safely and we are happy to replace anything that reaches you in damaged condition.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express/A1 Post (international orders)/Ekont (orders from Bulgaria) within 1-5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. We ship all orders including a tracking number. If the post office has lost your item, you must contact the post office before contacting us. We don't have any control once the package has left our studio.

 

Delivery Address 
Your item(s) will be sent to the address you provided. Please be sure to verify this address is correct so you are able to receive your item.
How to use my discount code?
In the checkout page find and click on "Show order summary". It is in the top left corner of the page. When you do so you will see a gap where you can write your discount code. Then click " ->".
That's it. You can now complete your order.
